At Le Specs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new eyewear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure all products are returned in their original packaging with security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Frames

  Place your sunglasses securely in their original protective case and box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
